Why we built this.

It started with a $9,000 auto-renewal nobody meant to approve. The contract renewed on a date one person had in their head, that person had left, and the first anyone else heard of it was the invoice.

That's the whole problem. Renewals and expiries live in scattered inboxes and one colleague's memory. There was software for it, but it charged per seat — so the people who needed visibility were exactly the people we couldn't afford to give it to.

So this is a small, honest tool built by people who got tired of the pain. A register. A ladder of reminders that won't shut up until someone decides. A year-over-year record so you can see the creep. No AI theatre, no per-seat tax, no surprises at renewal.
